Nine, as of today. Thank you to my dear daughter who picked out most of the varieties for my mother's day gift, and to my next door neighbor, who shared her abundance of hens & chicks with me.
(Apparently I have a thing for succulents. Who knew?)
Hey Andrea-
ReplyDeleteI love how you displayed them, so nice. Your apron is darling! I think you could wear it to church. LOVE IT!
I love it!! Look how cute they look all lined up on your ledge. Where did you get all your pots?? I want some too! :)
ReplyDeleteThe pots came from three places:
ReplyDeleteThe first one is actually a butter dish, lid turned upside down and set back on the serving plate. (I got it for free from Tai Pan long ago)
The three matching pots in the middle of the next picture came from Target. I just bought 3 more today.
The rest came from Tai Pan recently as well.
The rectangle ones are kitchen dishes.
None of them have drainage holes, so I filled the bottom with big rocks & gravel before I topped them off with soil meant for succulents. They need superb drainage and very little water.
I thought you might like this Blog. Its houseofsmith.blogspot.com. Enjoy!! I love it!!!
